Kim Stock, B.A., LL.B.

Kim is a passionate advocate for her clients, helping them navigate through the family law system and emotional turmoil that often ensues following a separation.
She has been practicing almost exclusively in the area of Family Law for over 20 years.
Kim spent years advocating for clients both in and out of Court. After witnessing the emotional and financial toll on parties that often comes from litigation, she now focuses on helping clients reach a settlement outside of Court whether through negotiation, the Collaborative process or in mediation.

Kim offers Unbundled Legal Services through limited scope retainers. Limited scope retainers allow clients to hire Kim to provide very specific legal services, while the client handles the rest. The benefits of this arrangement are that the individual can get the legal advice or representation they want or need, without the potentially onerous obligation of incurring legal fees throughout the entire process. Some of the unbundled legal services offered include preparing particular court documents or all court material, attending court for all appearances or a specific conference or motion, representation at trial, preparation and/or attendance at mediation or arbitration, preparing and negotiating settlement terms, or drafting a Separation Agreement. For a full range of possible unbundled legal services, please contact Kim.
